CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING THE THEORY TEST

You can reschedule your theory test for another day. Please give us at least 3 working days notice before you want to change the date/time of your test. We need enough time to prepare your car for the new test date/time.

You should receive an email confirming your booking. Make sure you enter the right email address when booking.

ATTENDING THE THEORY TEST

Allow yourself plenty of time to get to Kingston upon Thames Theory Centre. All theory test centers operate strict allocated test times. You should arrive before the allotted time to avoid losing your booking fee. Your provisional license photo card must be taken along with your driver’s license. If you retain the original license, a valid UK passport is required to provide adequate forms of ID.
