Based on the number of hours saved, the estimated cost saving is £300 with the average driving lesson costing £25 throughout the UK.
Andy Brown, a driving instructor with 12 years experience who has been teaching Miss Bass, said: “I think miDrive is the future. I still slip back into some of my older methods occasionally, but I feel that I have embraced and adapted to the app reasonably quickly.”
He added: “It’s not only good for helping learners to prepare for the theory test or practical exam; it’s a great way to develop the skills of driving instructors.
