Cheat On Theory Test? 5 Stupid Ways

Introduced back in July 1996, the driving theory test helps to improve the level of skill motorists have when passing their driving tests. I personally took the theory test in 1998, and in those days I answered the questions on a piece of paper in a classroom environment!

Nowadays, the driving theory test is computerised and comprises of two sections; the theory test itself, and a video-based hazard perception test.

Candidates are required to answer 50 multiple-choice questions which are selected at random from a database of over 1,000 questions, and they have to answer 43 questions correctly in order to pass.

Despite the amount of resources available (most of them being free) to candidates that are hoping to take their driving theory tests soon, some folks feel that they can pass their exams by cheating.

Obviously no-one should ever cheat any exams, not just because it’s a ridiculous idea but because you could lose your driving licence and get fined or even imprisoned.

However, if you are dumb enough to risk it, here are 5 ways that you could have a go! Oh, and for the record, I don’t condone any of these methods nor do I recommend you try them!

Cheat 1. Get someone else to do it for you

One of the easiest ways of cheating on your driving theory test is just to ask someone else to do it for you! I say easy, but the problem for you is that test centre officials will check your ID and photograph before letting you sit the exam.

Still, if you are willing to go to the expense of having a bespoke mask made up that resembles your own face, and the “other” you knows how to sign your name, “you” will pass your test in no time – as long as the other you knows the answers to the questions!

Cheat 2. Phone a friend

Certain religions require people to wear head coverings. You could always pretend to be from one such religious persuasion and have a small Bluetooth wireless headset hidden under your head covering!

Make sure that your phone is connected to your friend before you enter the test centre, and have them tell you the answers to any questions as they are read out on the screen.

Cheat 3. Hack the DVSA computer system

Do you rarely venture out of your bedroom because you are too engrossed with hacking people’s computer systems (are you a member of “Anonymous”, perhaps)?

If so, you could always find a way to have into the DVSA computer system and create your own results without leaving the comfort of your desk chair (or bed).

Cheat 4. Bribe a test centre official

People always moan about how they don’t get paid enough in their jobs, so if you happen to befriend such a person that works for your local test centre, you could always bribe them into letting you pass your theory test!

Cheat 5. Use telepathy

Can you effectively communicate your thoughts with other people? One thing you could do is find someone else that has the same abilities and pay them to Google the answers for you from a nearby Internet cafe or their mobile phone!
